There are some fantastic walking trails in the highlands and in the area around Kandy like the Knuckles Mountains for example. Day and several day hikes with stays in a tent can be organised.

The Sri Lankan landscapes are absolutely delightful scattered with waterfalls and peaks. Hiking in Sri Lanka is a real treat for walking enthusiasts.
